I am available 7 days a week 7 AM to 7 PM.  I am no stranger at taking calls outside of this time frame as experience has proven my availability is key in customer satisfaction.

Earnest money acts as a down payment from the buyer to the seller, typically 1% - 2% of the homes final selling price.  It's a show of good faith from the buyer as the property essentially comes off the market during this time.

Forfeit earnest money.  1% - 2% of final selling price.
